I'm not saying he doesnt, but his bread and butter is his jab and straight right, it always has been. He's still a two beat puncher, that rarely throws anything in combination, unless he's got his man hurt, even then he's reluctant to let his hands go.
For **** sake. I'm not saying they destroyed Vitali in sparring. I'm not saying they would beat him in the ring. All I'm saying is that it shows that he can, and has been put on the canvas. Nobody is 'unknockoutable', Frank Bruno had Oliver McCall in trouble, Danny Nardico knocked Jake LaMotta down, it can happen, and does happen. And the source is some trainer, I can't remember who exactly, though I'm pretty sure he wasn't involved with Walker and Butler and was just present at the sparring sessions. Butler and Walker tried to keep it quiet and play it down, Vitali never denied it, a trainer is reliable source, therefore I have no reason not to believe it, added to the fact that Klitschko did actually have to pull out of the Rahman fight due to a knee problem.
Wlad has beaten 6 top 10 rink ranked HWS in his last 8 fights, inlcuding 3 defensive southpaws. Haye has beaten 2 top 10 ring ranked CWS in his entire career. :yep:yep:yep HMMMM
I dont have high hopes for Haye, you can look back at some of my old posts claiming Haye's chin will be the death of him, but just because he has a weak chin doesnt mean he cant beat really good fighters or become one the best in the division, having a very weak chin didnt stop Wlad from being champ, he just had to make some modifications, and use different tactics to prevent to his chin from getting exposed again. Thats why I hope after Steward is done with the Klits, he might give Haye a chance, because with the help of Steward I could see him being a great heavyweight.
Actually I'd guarantee a Haye victory over Wlad and would be about 95% sure he'd wax Vitali too. :yep
Look at the Heavyweight division, it's a joke. I could name Wlad's last 9 straight off the top of my head, you have Rahman, Thompson, Iggy, Brewster, Austin, Brock, Bryd, Peter, Williamson. The only good oppenents I see are Peter and Bryd, everyone else is forgetable, you can throw Brewster in there if you want, but I wouldnt.
im glad ur confident in your boy...build up your post count so u can get on the lifetime ban bet for wlad-haye :yep
well u saw what happened when he let his hands go like that against brewster. he gassed himself out and paid the price. Roy was even calling for his retirement :yep:yep Big men like him can't throw combinations like that and sustain their energy for too long. He knows his limitations and fights accordingly. His jab is the best in boxing and his right cross and hook rank near the top as well. :hi:
True, Roy was at his best that night, he even claimed Wlad couldnt handle his power.:rofl His jab is amazing, one of the best the Heavyweight division ever produced, as far as the cross and the hook is concerned, he doesnt throw enough of them, he seems content enough just throwing the jab and the occasional right through 6, and then opening up a bit after that, 9 times out of 10 laying out his oppenent, the hook he caught Brock with was sick, watch that one in slow motion, it looked like the punch went from his fist to his forearm, he held nothing back on that one.
No, it is not too late, but curb your enthusiasm. Haye's bandwagon is rather narrow framed and is rumored to have glass wheels. The first bump on the ride might be all she wrote.
