If Wlad does manage to win, this is a MASSIVE upset in my eyes. I have Haye nailed on and will be putting plenty of money on him at the bookies come fight time.

The only way I can see Wlad winning(barring cuts or DQ) is to be FAR more aggressive than he usually is and going for broke early doors. If he boxes like he normally does, Haye thrashes him.

Let's face it fellas.......Wlad is a pretty poor excuse for the HW champion of the world, and his status is more of a reflection on the woeful state of the division more than anything else. He's ponderous, slow and without much punch reportoire. He's also been starched three times. Sure he bigger than Haye, but history tells us size means little in the HW division.

Haye is faster, far more skillful, hits very hard, throws 'punches in bunches' and perhaps most important of all has more self belief/confidence.

Those posters who know me will know that if I'm proved wrong I'll be man enough to admit it too:hey

It all depends how haye copes with Wlds jab IMO

I fancy Haye against Wlad but he has never been in with some one with as stiff strong jab as Wlad

But if Wlad fights with his usual low workrate I can only see a Haye stoppage on the cards

Ummm... it actually should be the other way around. Haye would be a huge underdog vs Wlad, and rightfully so.

Would the winner then be an underdog versus Pacquiao?

Wlad upset Haye??? I think it's the other way around. Last time I checked, Haye wasn't the reigning WBO IBF and IBO Heavyweight champion. Haye is the one that has to pull off an upset, and it would be a tremendous one, and I don't believe its going to happen.

Should the fight get actually signed and sealed, I'll be surprised if major sports betting houses make Haye the favorite, which again would signal that Haye is the one the needs the upset win.

Haye more skillful? What's wrong with you? The skill comparison heavily favours Wlad, he is better in about every department than Haye. Haye has a small advantage in speed but that's about it. The only thing that could make a matchup competetive is Wlad chin, and even his chin is proven to be better than Haye's. If Wlad had Vitali's chin Haye would envy a snowballs chance in hell. I would consider it an upset if Haye manages to stay on his feet until the 12th.

No, can't see WALDO upsetting the odds in this one, it was only Barretts iron chin that kept him up for 5 rounds. Haye KO4 WALDO in true Matrix style.

From the betandwin page - sounds still too nice for Haye, but if you want to put money on him do whatever you like.

I hope that a lot of people are as daft when it comes to boxing as you are. That will really help bring the betting odds down on Wlad.

I just think that wlads stiff and robotic style would not work against someone as elusive, fast and slick as haye.
