All I hear is JMM won his 2nd fight with Pac - no mention that Pac DID win their 1st!

Coming off the canvas to box Pacquiao's ears off is a fabulous performance, not an overrated one.

He outboxed him in some rounds. Not the whole fight.

 Worst comment of the week.

A clinic?! You evidently don't know the meaning of the term. Not even Juan Manuel Marquez himself or his own ****ing mum would call that fight a clinic.

When was the last time you actually watched the fight??

    - Are you aware that Harold Lederman scored rounds 7, 8, 9 and 10 all in favour of Pacquiao to arrive at a final score of 15-110 Pacquiao, and no-one, not the commentator nor any of the analysts take him to task over this, which they surely would have done had it been a "clinic" :patsch, or anywhere near as one-sided as you believe??

    - You must be aware that one judge called it the same as Lederman, 115-110 Pacquiao and another called it 113-113. Are all three idiots same as me for not recognizing this "clinic"??

    - At the end of the TV coverage, Larry Merchant says: "I had Pacquiao winning a close fight".

    - Almost every person I know who has seen this fight thinks it was very very close.

    - No-one on the TV coverage says they think there is a definitive winner before the scorecards are read out. It's very tense when the verdicts ar given.

    - I had a TWO-POINT margin of victory, and that was with Pacquiao having a FOUR-POINT advantage after the first round, so I had it a very very close fight.

Who is more likely to be correct that it was a close fight that should have went to Pacquiao - two judges (the draw was a scoring error), Lederman, Merchant, me... or you and other oddballs who think it was a "clinic"??

PS: A personal comment from me to you - your reaction towards me on this thread has been pretty poor. I would have been happy to back up my score, I would've happily lifted any round in isolation and went over it with you to explain my verdict had you merely registered your disagreement and asked me to explicate, but your conduct on this thread means I decline to prove myself to you any further. I know you have a beef with Pacquiao because he annihilated your hero MAB, I have observed you making foul generalizations about his fans a few times, but I did not think this would grow into personal animosity for me considering you know my posting well. Disappointing and frankly rather depressing.

I feel either deserved it but if I was pushed I would go with Marquez winning the second fight but Pac winning the first.

By the way Dinamita, how'd you change your name from Pacfan84 to Dinamita?

How the **** do I know?? Open your eyes. Perhaps you're in Pacquiao-related threads more. Perhaps there are far more Pacquiao-related threads than Marquez-related threads. Perhaps Pacquiao is a more often hated/criticized fighter than Marquez, so defending him is a more pressing concern than saying nice things about JMM.

 Seriously, if you are not an 8-year-old child then you should seek therapy as soon as possible, as you are a bizarre manchild. That's the only explanation for such an infantile mentality.

A very close scorecard for a very close fight, fair enough. But I don't understand how you manage to come to a definitive decision on a winner for every single round, I just don't understand it. In some of those rounds there genuinely was nothing between them as far as I could see.

Why include my old username in your post? Is that supposed to shame me or something?? I am a proud fan of Manny Pacquiao same as I am a proud fan of Juan Manuel Marquez, that's why I changed my username so I could reflect my two favourite fighters - Pac as my avatar and JMM as my username.

I scored their second fight to Marquez so your woefully childish accusations of bias make no sense whatsoever. If I was biased about this fight, why wouldn't I be biased enough to say Pac won their second fight too, as it was also very close?? :patsch

Next time someone disagrees with you, you should think before opening your mouth.

I thought with the exception of Manny catching Marquez cold in round 1, and Juan trying to recuperate in round 2, the fight was one-sided.

The last time I watched it was a few weeks ago. I usually make a habit out of rewatching fights just to get a new perspective on things.

Harold Lederman has made a career out of judging fights terribly. He had Morales vs Barrera I 116 - 111. I disagree with his card.

The fact round 1 was a 10-6 meant that the fight was inevitably going to be close. But in terms of rounds, and punches landed after round 1 and 2, Marquez dominated proceedings.

I don't have an agenda against Pacquiao, but his fans (Harrison, Enzo) are ridiclious. It has nothing to do with Barrera. I thought Marquez won both fights, and in any event, the scorecard that you posted was embarrassing. Every round Marquez won you scored a draw, and that is hard to comprehend for any Boxing fan, I'm sure.

Personal comment from me to you - we can score the fight together if you like.
