All I hear is JMM won his 2nd fight with Pac - no mention that Pac DID win their 1st!

jmm won 10 of the twelve rounds? wtf? the truth is the fact that jmm overcame three clear knockdowns in the first fight exagerrated his performance in the next 11. there were really close rounds and yall might have just given them to jmm because he got up from three knockdowns from the first round.

really? 10 out of 12? wow.

If you can find them on youtube or wherever, then post videos of the rounds you think I called spectacularly wrong.

I distinctinly remember giving the third round to Marquez, aswell as round 4. This was the beginning of his comeback, and what I believe to be, his eventual Boxing lesson.

We'll go deeper into this tomorrow, it's currently 5:11am here. My cough is keeping me awake unfortunately.

You distinctly remember giving the 3rd round to Marquez?? You were wrong then. I have just re-watched it again, and it is a dictionary definition of a 10-10.

After re-watching the 4th round, I feel vinidicated. I can see why someone would give it to Marquez if they were, as Axe and a couple of others on this thread seem to be, the type of judge who tries very hard to avoid giving a round an even score, but I genuinely don't see anything in the 4th to justify a definitive winner and loser. There are no hard, clean, significant blows landed, neither man is under any real pressure or gains any clear advantage, and there is no dominant pattern in the round such as one guy being the clear aggressor. There's not enough between them to call it one way or another IMO.

If these two rounds are part of your "clinic", take up tennis.

take that back, thought this was a poll for the 2nd fight

i had Marquez up by about 5-7 rounds, Pac got dominated, Marquez was robbed....

You called both fights wrongly then. Marquez won the 2nd one, and I doubt you've watched the first one in a long long time if you remember Marquez winning by 7 rounds. His wife, his son, his trainer, his father - none of them would have had him up by 7 rounds, an appalling score for that fight.

based on what?? your opinion?:patsch......i just re-watched the 1st and 2nd one before the DLH fight, so i'd say they're both pretty fresh in my head

Pac got outboxed, simple as that.....

btw...most people would say about the same thing, i said up 5-7 rounds, not points...when you factor in the knockdowns it doesn't look like Pac was outboxed, (though he was)

Not only my opinion, but Larry Merchant, Harold Lederman, two of the ringside judges (had one of them scored it in accordance with the rules), and 26 people so far on this thread. :patsch
