50/50 split is fair. Hatton is the champ and is a draw as well.

Pac seems like a right greedy ****er, doesn't he?

I think 50/50 is a fair split for Pac-Hatton. Hatton is the defending 140 champ and Pac is p4p no.1. As mentioned the fight will easily sell 1m+ PPV's in the UK even if the fight starts at 4/5am our time. Hatton will take loads of fans over to Vegas as well.

    I think Pac wants Mayweather.

i think what both teams are arguing about here is the actual guaranteed fight purse split only and this doesn't include PPV sharing. if the pac team are willing to give hatton a major portion of the UK PPV buys just like mayweather did, then a 60/40 purse split for pac is acceptable. hatton did accept a 30/70 purse split w/ mayweather.

Even though Hatton is the 140 "king" he was still beaten by Mayweather when the weight didn't matter. Although under the 147lb name, they would of weighed the exact same had they fought at 140.

THis means nothing.. Pac has been beaten by people worse than Maywhether..

Hatton is still a huge draw.. 50-50 is fair for this fight.

Should be 50/50. I agree with others. Hatton is the man at 140 and should take no less.

60/40 Pac no problem, But bring the fight to the UK.

80,000 at Wembly with tickets ranging from £50 to £1000 could possibly make £15-£20 Million in Gate receipts.

1.5 UK PPV will bring in another £22 Million, and if you put it on at 2am More will buy.

So the British Money in the pot could be around £40 Million (Approx $60 Million).

Then add the American Money and everyone is laughing.

Hatton is just as big a draw if not bigger. 50/50 is only fair. I'll be dissapointed with Pac if it doesn't happen.

Pacman gambles alot maybe he needs to chill out and wasting his money, Ricky Hatton is the most followed boxer today, Pacman should be happy with just 50-50. Name me a fighter who has 30,000 fans follow him around the world.

Pac was beat in a close fight by Morales and rematched him and won x2. Hatton got knocked by Mayweather.

60-40 is perfectly fine considering how much money Hatton will make off the buys in the UK.

Look, I'm a huge Pac fan, but 60-40 is going too far and I do not think that Pac is internationally the more recognised or bigger draw... infact I'd go the other way and say Hatton is the bigger draw with the bigger fanbase. You simply cannot argue with the legions of 'paying' fans he brings as well as his ability to pack an arena out the way he does.
I found this a big let down to be honest, Pac's not making himself look good here, but then again the 60-40 is probably so he can secure a 55-45. Either way, 50-50 or a split in favour of Hatton would be the more realistic, but who knows, maybe the Hatton camp will go for it?
As for people quoting record and who beat and lost to who... since when has any of that made a blind bit of difference? Look at De La Hoya, the way he wins all the time at the negotiating table you'd think he was SRR!
