Hatton should tell them to get tae feck if they don't accept 50 percent, thats the least Hatton should be getting, there will be more PPV buys from the UK than anywhere else.

strangely enough though, the USA doesn't account for "The Whole World"... I realised this once I moved outside it. We're talking about paying fans here surely? The DLH fight Pac had was obviously huge, but lets be realistic, who were people mainly paying to see? I think people are getting Pac confused with his last dance partner

    :rofl

UK PPV buys for this fight could be bigger than everywhere else combined.

How so? Hattons had 1 PPV in the USA and he was against Mayweather.

Hattons UK PPVs without Mayweather aren't even that good.

you said the same thing with paulie, haven't you learnt your lesson? anyway what does "pac is a far superior boxer" have to do with a purse split?

Pac is the better fighter, P4P and otherwise, I dont think many will argue that case, however this is about who people are paying to come and see, in which case I hate to say it, but that's Hatton. It's wrong in the sense that fans should be tuning in to see the best boxer of the time do his thing, but look at De La Hoya or Tyson, these guys weren't even considered the best when they were taking huge purses. Skill has nothing to do with being a draw, look at each guys PPV and gate numbers in their own (or home base) country and how well they do oversea's. Hatton packs out bigger arena's, sells more PPV, therefore he is the bigger draw.

How so? Do you even know how much PPV buys Hatton had in total in the UK prior to fighting Mayweather?

Hatton might of been a reason the UK bought the fight, but the main reason was because Hatton was fighting "The p4p king Mayweather"

well take note that hatton got hit with the same left hook that knocked him out over and over and over in the Paulie fight.

The difference being Paulie has no power what so ever.

and what were pbf's ppv buys when fighting other fighters (excluding oscar) compared to the hatton fight? it takes two good fighters to make a great fight.

I don't see any of that being relevent. This is about who brings the most money to the fight and Hatton most certainly brings more than 50%.

    What's his total?

Less than half of what he did against Mayweather?

ok. hatton is obviously the draw in the UK. but in america, the latin countries and asia, pac is definitely the bigger draw. if you also factor in that pac is the #1 p4p fighter in the world and the current face of boxing after his win vs. dlh, then a 60/40 guaranteed purse split is acceptable w/ hatton getting the lion's share of the UK PPVs.
