All though it def. seems to be lighter now, my man Pavlik seemed to draw HATE from the east side of the Atlantic like nothing I'd ever seen.

Before Pav had even made ONE defense of his title, if I had a dime for every time I read= "Oh yeah, well Calzaghe AND Kessler will kick his ass" . Always seemed to be important to capitalize the "AND" in that statement too. Who gives a **** if it's true or not, WTF did they care so much about a fighter a division LOWER than the division their obvious favorites are in??

Pavlik got a bit of **** because he chose the easiest first defence he could have. Just dump the WBO belt and let two Sports Network bums fight for it over and over........

I don't like Floyd, but love watching him fight. A real technician.

I used to love Chris Eubank but he seemed despised by a lot of Brits at the time he was fighting.

And i agree with you about Sweetness Green. I dont undertsand at all why so many people hate on him.

 

It is interesting that they Knock Calzaghe.They claim he slaps his punches .The guy has broken his hands so many times I remember someone on here posting as Chinahands Joe. Like Ali in his second career (ali had hot wax treatment on his hands all the time) Calzaghe has just done the best he could with the tools he has.Still winning I might add

 

yea he has fought aging fighters who are still good. Morales beat pacman in march 2005 then when he knock him out in jan 2006, haters all of a sudden said morales is washed up.

Marquez # 2 lb 4 lb in the world- nuff said

Barrera gave marquez a hell of a fight in march 2007 and many thought he won that fight. We all know he was dominated by pacman later on that year. Not to mentioned pacman destroyed him in their first fight when barrera was considered the featherweight king at the time.

David Diaz- completely dominated by pacman

Oscar Delahoya- completely dominated by pacman.. and ohhh this age stuff forget about it cuz delahoya was the favor to win that fight by KNOCKOUT.

I like Calzaghe, I also like to watch FMJ & Pac fight, those 3 are 3 of the most hated but they also have their solid fans albeit some delusional.
