I didnt say he did catch Paul on an off night, Keep up. I said if we're going to make a big deal over the first fight I could easily do the same for the second fight.

    Missing the point.

Carlos himself was just as good as Carlos himself. Then he jumped a weight class and took on a genuine MW. Then moved down and captured a title against a tough, smart, veteran fighter in Phillips. And destroyed all of them.

If you go back and read it, I didnt say the fighters were better, just the competition was. Moving up two divisions above what he accustomed to and dominating. Maybe competition was the wrong word actually, but as I said, sometimes its more than just the fighter your beating when assessing the level of comp.

What was in the first 9 that suggest otherwise? Mosley throws one punch at a time.

Again, you are sorely missing the point. Its not that difficult...but I will explain again.

Vs those fighters, Margo lost...but improved since. Margo was far less a fighter at that time that Williams was vs Quintana. But Williams improved since losing to Quintana, who is also a better fighter than any of the ones Margo lost to.

SO...Margo lost to decent at best (some bad) fighters and got MUCH better. Williams lost to a top WW and avenged the loss and got better.

Fighters lose...its how they react to those losses that makes them great or fade. Neither man faded from their losses...whether it was when they were young vs journeymen or experienced vs very good fighters. They both grew.

Now my ultimate point in this is, neither man's losses have anything to do with how they would perform against each other. So bringing up Quintana in a discussion about a fight vs Margo is moot. Just as bringing up any of those others would be when discussing it the opposite way.

Didnt really think I needed to get THAT in depth about it.

Yes . . . it will get you points and win the fight . . . but I won't call that "dominating". :deal

I agree with the leading post. AM gets bad-mouthed for not signing immediately with every Haye-style callout, but he plans the career intelligently with sense. PW had a shot but will never make weight again. PBF is plain chicken. SSM will wither. Cotto is demoralized. Clottey will only break his other hand and lose. Judah, another chicken dance. Berto: soup. Quintana, no. Who'd I leave out?

Walking through punishment doesnt guarantee a win.

And on that note, when the Punisher walked in, Margarito lost.

We meeting or not? We''ll see what is what.

We can meet up at Broadway Junction, I use the j train and i will be there.

If you think i am fake maybe you should talk to "Danger" and see how fake i am.

We can meet whenever. As soon as i point out you are a latin king, I just have to walk away, My work would be done.

You out of all should know that the kings are tryna come back but the black gangs are tryna get rid of them as soon as they pop up.
