60/40 is more than fair. Pacquiao is a world superstar, and the best p4p boxer in the world.

Hatton has not looked good in a couple of years. And no, I don't count Malignalli - who is a very brave and worthy fighter, but lacks the power and skill to be rated highly.

Hatton is the champ at 140, but lets be serious, Ricky is the one challenging Pacquiao here, because Manny is the WORLD No.1.

I'm sure Margarito wants nothing more than to fight smaller guys as his career already proves but sadly this won't happen, Margarito is no option to the big boys in boxing till he avenges one out of five losses AT LEAST. Otherwise good luck fighting Cotto in a rematch soon(because he beat him, if Cotto won don't expect Marg to consider it), then possibly Clottey II, Cintron III and Manuel Gomez II.

Manuel Gomez II would just be the icing on the cake for an already established gladiator who would fight for peanuts when pride is on the line.

There are also rumors that Andrew "Six Heads Zero Chins" Lewis is making a come-back and wants a rematch with Margarito A.S.A.P, Margarito and his team haven't commented yet.

Yes, because love is blind:roll:...it would be more competitive than the PBF-Hatton fight, and will definitely be more exciting:happy No holding, and wrestling between these two:bbb. But yeah, Pac will be the underdog!!

PacMan has never even fought at 140, and many of his fans think his P4P status wouldn't be at stake lol.

But we are talking about who's being the bigger draw. I think 50/50 is fair, but a simple note: when PacMan fights, thousands show up. When Hatton fights, tens of thousands. Many think Mayweather was the draw in the Hatton fight. I guess they turned off the sound during the broadcast. It was all pro-Hatton. Now compare that to the pro-PacMan crowd in the DLH fight.

Ricky Hatton is the bigger draw. And I still wouldn't say HE deverves 60-40. It's the fight that should be 50/50, it's so even on terms of popularity.

    PacMan's own promoter, Bob Arum:
"There's no way he's getting the 60-40. Unless he comes to his senses and his people start acting intelligently. We'll see if we can keep it together, but the split is supposed to be 50-50. We've all agreed to it. Now, people are whispering in Pacquiao's ear. If they keep pushing for 60-40, Hatton and Schaefer are pulling the plug."

    PacMan's own trainer, Freddie Roach:
"I hope they can come to an agreement but right now they're at a standstill. I hope the fight happens, and I think 50-50 is a good deal. I agree with it, because Hatton brings a lot of people from the U.K. I hope I can get Manny on board."

Now what you guys who think PacMan deserves 60/40?

PAC recv'd the Judges decision and experts. Which is why he's the better fighter with TWO wins over JMM. Juan was the one who caught a lucky break in their initial fight which was why he didn't want to give PAC an immediate rematch.

In reality Hatton isn't the bigger draw. He's the bigger draw in the UK....but in the US PAC is the bigger draw and throughout the world the asian population is far bigger....so internationally NO...Hatton isn't a bigger draw. But With respect to Hatton he has some of the most loyal and supportive fans anywhere by any sports figure. He deserves respect but PAC desvers 60/40 for the lions share of the purse.....Hatton will do just fine with his UK PPV #'s which will ultimately make his earnings larger than Pacs at the end of the day.

LOL! Dude....there were about 300 "Experts/Media Reporters" who scored the fight. Taking a small percentage of scores from the list all in favor of JMM is a great way to spin your point but get a grip! There were just as many if not more who scored the fight for PAC.

    Yes honestly..

But since Pac has already signed the 50/50 deal, his advisers should stop pressing for the 60/40.. They should have done that before the fight was signed..

I think Pacquiao should learn from Joe Calzaghe and Roy Jones Junior. They agreed on 50/50 in word, and guess what, they kept their word and made a deal via text message, just like that. That's real professionalism.

Honestly, Pac is the bigger draw. I'm surprised Pac isnt looking for a 70-30 split. Who's being talked about more, Pac or Hatton? Nobody even remembers who Hatton just beat.
