Who else is pissed off with Kessler?

    That’s it. I used to be a fan of Mikkel Kessler but now all we’re hearing about is people like Froch calling people out whilst Kessler is presumably trying to be polite and sort things out with this bum agent/promoter.

    Does Kessler have any spirit about him? Why isn’t he putting his name forward and crating some waves? Because he’s not that type of guy? Bull****. He can post all the open letters he wants about people not wanting to fight him but I’m losing patience with him.

    This guy needs to get another big fight soon because his career is cruising in neutral at the moment and he’s doesn’t seem to mind.

    At the moment I don’t see him as the top SMW due to his lack of high profile activity.

    lets be fair, no big name out there seems to have the bollocks to give kessler a fight.

    Like the guys above me says.. dont blame Kessler, blame Palle! Kessler DO WANT to fight big names in america, but his promotor is the one who make the calls, he is the boss! Theres been many threads about this, try read them! and you will find out that Kess is just as pissed off as you are!

    Not much of a fan were you! Do you live under a rock? It's been widely reported about Kesslers issues with Palle.
    Kessler personally tripped out to the states on three occasions last year trying to stir up a fight with a big name, Pavlik and Taylor to name a couple, Unfortunately no one wants to fight him.
    Now with Palle grounding him and pushing for a fight with Larsen the frustrated Kesslers trying to break away from his contact.

    What more can the man do?

    Iritated yes, but I also think this guy tries to let his boxing do the talking for him - and the talk is usually good-talk unless you are Calzaghe.

    I'd like him to square of against Froch - now that is a interesting fight. But we need to see him in with a Taylor, Bute, Froch, Pavlik, Abraham or someone with a bigger name than Haussler and Sartison. It is only Calzaghe and Andrade so far....

    Actually his stock went up in my eyes when we found out he is at odds with Palle over his next opponent. Palle wants big, easy money. Kessler wants a challenge.

    Then why aren't anybody like say Taylor or Froch calling him out? Kessler's 1# smw it's the other fighters at smw who has something to prove not Kessler.

    He did not turn down Dawson. Kessler wanted the fight at a catchweight between 168 and 172 and Dawson wanted it at 175.
