Banks is better off going for Adamek. American TV, Ring title, IBF title. And don't forget, Adamek is more likely to trade with him. Banks HAS stopped a heavyweight I believe, and Adamek used to be a light heavyweight. If nothing else, Banks has a puncher's chance. When this chance arose, I can see why he - probably advised by Manny Steward - went for it. If Banks fought Mac, it's a lesser title for one. It's less exposure, and at the same time, a more hostile environment. Ppl do not fight as well away from home. And also, Macca is a tall 6' 4 guy and will be hard to get close to. Mac is capable of putting on a 12 rd clinic as seen in the Braithwaite fight. (Is Banks any better than the Braithwaite who stopped the big Cuban Hernandez?) Banks-Adamek is the smart move, unless Warren has grounds to sue him. If Warren can find an easy replacement, for the title, then I'm sure all is well for Macca. WTF are Universum and Alexeev doing? AA must want a few more rounds.
I will say..."It was just a dream Flint....time for School....come and have some Cheerios" Alexeev will brutally KO Maccarinelli, quote me on it.
Living in a dream world Alexeev has been protected Enzo has been in there with the divisions biggest punchers (apart from himself) in Wayne Braithwaite and David Haye. Alexeev has never faced a puncher like Swansea Boy Enzo Let Enzo show him what Swansea Punchers are all about :deal
Maccarinelli will think Haye was wearing Pillows on his hands when he faces up to the cold hearted Russian. Alexeev will embarrass Enzo further than Haye. I know that seems impossible, but Alexeev will thoroughly dominate him for a few rounds, and then close the show somewhere around 4 or 5 rounds. No "mistakes". Alexeev > Swaby
Well that Fat Chap from Argentina was a former WBC World Crusierweight Champion. That big freak WBA Heavy champ could not stop him (he could stop Monte Barret though) Johnny Nelson could not stop him. Enzo sent him crashing to the ground like he had fallen off a cliff :bbb The same fate awaits Alexeev :fire
Braithwaite was the biggest puncher in the division. And he couldnt get to Enzo Enzo chin is not great.........admit that.........haye was able to KO him because of his speed But Wayne Braithwaite He was a harder puncher than Haye............and I'm not joking :-( While Haye did well to KO Mormeck Braithwaite was knocking out everyone when he was Champ before he faded a bit Alexeev has got to get to the superb boxer Enzo first He would put on a controlled performance like against Braithwaite Alexeev to be exposed as a protected fighter :deal
Exactly. Braithwaite had faded a bit. He didn't even test Enzo's chin, so his power was about as useful as a Daddy Long Legs venom. You want to talk about skill. Mr Alexeev is a European amateur gold medalist. He is a world gold medalist. Alexeev's pedigree is outstanding, and he has the southpaw advantage. Alexeev has no emotion. He will not get angry like Haye and get careless. He will not run to the ring. He is cool, calculated and efficient. He will do what he is programmed to do, outbox Enzo, and then lay down the iron fist.
Enzo got caught and was out of it against Haye but even in that short time he was able to cut Hayes eye open Can you imagine if the fight had gone longer and Enzo had started to land some proper shots on Haye It would not have looked so one sided then
It shows how well schooled he is. And if you watch him, you will realise this. You talk about Enzo's "mistake". Alexeev has never made a mistake as a pro. There are no Lee Swaby's.
