If you could bring back any fighter in boxing out of retirement, who would you pick? Who would you put them up against? (the fighter you bring back would automatically be in their prime)

I would bring back Aaron Pryor and put him up against Ricky Hatton.

(no dead fighters like Ray Robinson)

Tyson, because HW is boring and needs someone capable of the dramatic...

failing that SRR to clean up 147 - 160 ** edit ** just noticed the no SRR bit... okay, Hearns :)

I'd bring back Duran and put him against Pacquiao.

ps - what you got against Ricky??

thats a gud pick = duran by KO. I actually think Ricky n Pryor would make this an interesting war.

I think Jedi is right, you GOT to bring back a HW.

So i'll bring back Muhammad Ali, and i'll send him in to outpoint the ageing Vitali.

I'd also be remissed if I didn't mention Ali for the same reasons.

I think if we pick prime heavys from the past, the current heavys will suffer a one way beating. But Vitali vs someone like frazier or foreman.......now thats a fight
