To answer the thread's question. I don't particularly like Hatton and hate Calzaghe.

 

I'd say the vast majority of Mancs support him

But what struck me in the MEN days was that his support was drawn from all over the north

 

Junior Witter is the ****!!

 

They both made ****s of themselves in this one - Hatton for the 'shall I give you a shot?' nonsense - who the **** was Hatton then?

Witter for, well, everything.

 

He always has been and always will be a bigger name and bigger draw than Witter.I'm glad his career has faded into ****

Nobody is going to remember it apparently. Apparently if Witter was Australian we wouldn't have called for the fight. It's a shame Witter is not Australian, and its a shame many of us talk about it, so clearly its not lost on us.

Hatton was far too busy fighting Pedersen and Vilches. I couldn't see any way for him to cram Witter into such a competitive schedule.

Or was it because Witter upset Ricky with a joke, we know Hatton hates a joke.
