    hey you have a good point, the very best to gauge p4p country is the country's culture, cuba for example is focused on the sport boxing, argentina to soccer while usa have their major league baseball, football basketball and hockey, so given the sports the usa population are into they still somehow find a way to be known in boxing, where as mexico and or other countries that have mentioned in this board, are more focused in boxing than usa does. i just think per capita should be taken out in the equation. maybe usa should be no.1 or no.2 in the spot, just my opinion.

    Sorry but didnt he win the fight in america and land more punches on hopkins than any one else has! thats fact look it up. 43 or not, the old ***** shouldnt of asked for the fight.

    Tito is the greates WELTER WEIGHT champ of all time not light middle and def not middle thats all im sayin his biggest wins wer agains blown up fighters tito, de la hoya, winky, whenever he has faced good fighters his size he has lost, jones taylor calzaghe, his two best wins are tarver and pavlik thats all im sayin mate its all facts

    6 years as champion makes him on paper the greates welter of all time, i know others in history would beat him but on paper his the best welter champ there has been!

    They would slap him like i sed there are welters that would beat him, but it doesnt mean that tito hasnt got the best record at welter! he is the longest rainin champ so at welter hes the best best champ there has been not the best boxer or fighter but best champion!
