Not hating on him but where was this amazing footwork and skill? he was pretty much flat footed the whole time and was only looking 4 bombs (maybe the editiing made him look bad) i wasnt impressed. sry

It is well known LT was going to be a big thing for oz boxing as a MIDDLEWEIGHT.He was a excellent amateur as a middle but somewhere shortly after he joined the pro ranks he started piling on the pounds and continuely switching weights.

He carries his weight well but it doesnt take a smart person to realise he aint no cruiserweight...Blown up 1 yes i guess..

Mate he dont like to do the hard yards on the road...I was trained by his former amateur coach..He had great skills, reflexes and raw ability but had to be continuely motivated to run a few kms etc.

As a former fighter(im only 22 but kind of having a break) the day u can be bothered to put in the hardyards is the day u should either quit or have a break to recapture the hunger..

I agree. you cant just rely on natural ability at the top level you have 2 work all aspects. i also fight (mma though) and i cut down when i fight

so what happened? he loose to who?
light heavy should be his goal now... always had good hand speed but hes no wear near built like a chiselled cruiser, hope he regains some discipline before time runs out..

**** thats very disappointing, i reckon alot of people in oz boxing knew it would happen to him though, at cruiser he just wouldnt cut it, at light heavy he was very dangerous, i recall hearing someone say about how he and briggs sparred and it was an absolute war and neither fighter backing of the pedal... shame this happened, hes just married so well see what he decides to do from now on...
