Several news sources confirmed as well as Steve Bunce's boxing hour that Marco Antonio Barrera vs. Amir Khan is set for March 14 in the UK, no venue yet.

The Frank Warren press conference is happening in these hours, I'll update you with the latest details.

There's no way A-Mere Con's handlers would take this fight....unless they are ******ed.

Well Roach was one confident mother ****er before the Pac Oscar fight, so I will go with his judgment on this one. Fish Eyes didn’t have a say in it, that gutless **** would never take this fight after what happened last time round.

One of the most intriguing fights of 2009. This will be an eye-opener for a lot of guys here in the UK. Khan is not in that league...

I honestly feel for Kahn. I think Frank is a ****ed up promoter for making this fight. Khan is coming off a KO loss...a brutal one at that. He should have a confidence builder fight first and get time to work on the things Roach has been teaching him.

Too soon they are throwing Kahn in there with a living legend who just had a terrific showing against JMM. I actually thought Marco won, but no matter how anyone saw the fight it was VERY close. Early indications that Kahn is in over his head with this one.

I like the fight.....but thats just b/c both fighters are exciting....unfortunately one is a couple of levels above the other. MAB will end the fight mid rounds...body work will probably be the culprit. Of course Kahns chin is suspect as well. I hope we see some improvement in Kahns game since he's been working with Roach.

Unfortunately Kahn and PAC are completely different fighters on differnt levels. MAB is still an ELITE fighter. Amir is up and coming but c'mon....in his last fight he was damn near decapitated. His confidence has got to be in limbo and you can't be second guessing against a legend like Marco. He'll eat you up.

    Win, Win for Barrerra IMO.
If he loses, He is "Past it" and challenged a prospect who is projected as a future Champion.
If he win's he projects himself into the lightweight picture.
    (Khan has more to lose)

    let's do it, Go Marco.

I doubt this will go beyond the first jab let alone the first round.

If Khan wins we'll probably get some 'better than naz' bull****.

    Luckily he wont.

Anyone got any gifs of the prescott fight??

I really hope this is picked by American TV stations or at least put on Kingvision.
