LOL If Khan wins, MAB's shot. Not much point in Khan taking the fight then, ridiculed if he loses, beat a shot fighter, if he wins.

What's given you the impression he is shot?

There is a big difference between shot and past prime. Think Jones and Hop.

big brave decision to fight barrera ,respect, but khan is such damaged goods this needs to be done to keep his momentum[so much 4 fighting 4 a domestic title] and barrera maybe rusty but wot a ringmaster,if khan is to win this it will be tough and needs to be top of his game but surely in this glorious old sport of ours an old mexican will beat a greenhorn like khan

True....just a bit ballsy IMO. He could step up a level and be fighting meaningful fights without going overbaord ya know? MAB is a few levels higher than Khan at this point but who knows...We could see a great preformance from Khan...but I feel that's not realistic considering who he will be in there with.

    This will be Nas-MAB 2...

Hopefully not. Khan should retire the overstaying Barrera.

that will probably be true but a shot Barrera is still a better win than any of his past fights.

see you can only give so much credit to a fighter who was just ktfo in a build up fight.

I dont see that fight being that much of a mismatch. I pick Khan by close UD. The guy is faster, bigger and has AT LEAST equal power. If Khan keeps his hands up (pretty sure Roach helped him with his D) he will beat a past prime (not shot) Barrera. Of course i could be wrong.

Mismatch is possible. BUt it could be on both side...

I wonder how many people are gonna eat their crow come fight night when a past it Barrera gets KTFO by Khan. This is just like de la Hoya-Pac all over again. Some people never learn.:patsch
