Prescott = 20 wins 18 Kos it could happen to anyone, you obviously know whats best for MAB and that he shouldn't be fighting Khan 'cos he's not up to the job

I never claimed that Barerra would lose, or he wouldn't be 'up to the job.'

I said if Barerra loses HE IS SHOT.

Barerra might bloody well win the fight.

I already stated that Barerra has gone the distance with Pac and Marquez in recent years.

I have already stated Khan's weaknesses so it is not like i am saying Khan will win.

I questioned why Warren would make this fight.

He has made it because he believes Marco is past It.

REMEMBER Warren protects his fighters, especially one's that got KO'd in less than 60 seconds before hiting World Class.

So why put Khan who has never fought at true World level before his loss, in with an ATG like Barerra at this point?

BECAUSE WARREN BELIEVE'S BARERRA IS DONE.

People have moaned about Warren for years about how he protected Hatton before Tsyzu or Calzaghe's career before Lacy.

But those were undefeated fighters (World champs).

Khan got KO'd in 54 seconds last year, had one fight since then with an overmatched fighter.

Warren does not throw in a fragile guy like Khan with ATG's UNLESS... HE BELIEVE'S HE IS SHOT.

It wasn't Warren who picked prescott, it was the trainer, and look what happened.

Khan is going to get mauled, Barrera appears to have another warm up fight on the 31st

Khan is an EXCEPTIONAL talent with a poor chin. If his chin holds up he beats Barrera, but it's a big if. Remember Khan completely mauled Victor Ortiz in the ams

I may take abuse for this, and I hate myself for saying it as I love Barrera and have no love for Khan, but I have horrible feeling that Khan will stop MAB.

MAB is very small for a lightweight, Khan is big. MAB is, if not shot, then well past-prime and possibly approaching shot. Khan now has Roach in his corner. He is taller, longer reach, faster, younger, better power.

With Roach behind Khan, I believe he will be cautious, will use the jab, fast combinations, take no risks, will sharpshoot MAB all night, and the ref will step in late.

OF COURSE Barrera is an ATG, Khan never will be, and the Barrera of 5 years could've stepped up and made a mockery of the size difference to outbox Khan, and probably break him down and stop him in the mid-late rounds.

I have a feeling this will be a David Diaz v Erik Morales style fight, where the younger and bigger but inferior fighter beats the smaller but better past-prime fighter.

    LEADLEFTHOOK...

I have never claimed Barerra was shot. I have already said he is past it.

Yes Khan is bigger, stronger than Barerra etc, but Khan is bigger and stronger than everyone he fought apart from Prescott.

Khan has been rocked and dropped by guys the same size as Barerra. But none of them are as good or have his power i believe (Even a past it Barerra dropped Marquez).

I said if he loses he is shot. Because i believe the Barerra that fought Morales at 130 in 2005 would beat Khan no problem (even putting on 5 pounds north).

Obviously he will retire if he lost.

If Barerra got KO'd in one round (not saying that will happen), would any of you believe he was shot?

    I think YES.

Or would you claim he was past it but still good enough?

It all depends how he loses if he loses, then you can easily make a claim that he is shot.

That's all i am saying. I just believe if he loses he is SHOT.

I never claimed any fighter who loses is shot. I SAID WARREN BELIEVES HE IS SHOT or close to it.

Because the fight wouldn't be happening.

Bull****, you already plan to have some excuse come fight night...

If Khan manage to outbox Barrera he is for real.
