if everyone had a choice to fight hatton or pac most would pick pac. hatton should take the fight because if he manages to win he will be immortalised in boxing which is priceless.

there isnt any bigger names out there who hatton could face apart from the aparantly retired mayweather who would hand him his ass again and i think a decent showdown with witter who i think would be 2 akward for hatton 2 work out

other options for hatton?who could he fight ?he should avoid cotto and marg.
so there is witter, jmm, judah, bradley, and even campbell, casamayor and prescott could be options for him to draw a good crowd in the uk too.

let hatton fight mayweather again w/o this pac fight. mayweather will get 80/20 this time and probably about 50-60% of the UK PPVs while still retaining all of the money for the US PPVs. hatton is going to get peanuts in a mayweather rematch w/o winning against pac.

as for jmm, if it's a choice between fighting hatton or pac, i'm sure jmm will pick pac as his opponent. so, that leaves hatton with no option for a big money fight.

hatton should offer pac 45/55 split, pac already said he will sign the fight as long as it's not 50/50

Pac needs Hatton more than Hatton needs Pac money wise.

In an interview on Phil Tv, Pac was quoted that this is not about the money as much as the respect he feels he deserved. He is willing to fight anyone aside from Hatton for less cash as long as he will have his way. Heck, he also said he will fight Hatton as long as 50-50 moves even slightly in his favor.

    55-45. Or 52-48...

I'm pretty sure pac is feeling low right now being offered evenly to a guy who is not even close to his status. He worked hard to be #1, to be the hot **** as one may say. Its not about money or how much hatton can bring. He feels disrespected.

    I would too..

If your at the top right now and a guy 7 levels below you(looking at it at p4p point of view) .. would you be happy having to split with that guy evenly??

But on the other hand, if I just care about the money and not my status.. I would take 50/50 right away since its more money really.. (logical decision right?)

Not caring about status and just money.. now thats greed if you ask me... and I have to point this one out to arum..

Pac has simply been a diva. 50-50 is fair.
