Khan/Barrera, Why is everyone Bitching about this fight being made ?

i think youve been mis informed cus thos legends didnt want anything 2 do with calzaghe in and around 2000, check out frank warren comments on it if u dont believe me and calzaghes book:nut

 

Why because you're afraid Khan might win ? Why not moan like a ***** and cry about guys like Sammy Ventura and John Nolasco got a shot at Barrera, what had they done? If Khan looses hes done, give the boy some credit for taking a big risk after a brutal KO just 2 fights ago. He bounced back in 2 months and is now fighting a legit top guy yes even though Barrera is past it, hes still very good.
Khan is good for boxing I support the kid.

I am loving this fight! They both have something to lose and it would mean something to both of them. How refreshing is that? There are too many non-fights around and protected fighters. Good on Khan to take on MAB rather than another bum.

Folk get all sentimental when it comes to legends's thats all, added to the fact no-one likes Khan.

No-one is bothered about a young Ortiz taking on a past prime Harris as a step up in class(If it's on).

Or a young Dawson taking on a past prime Tarver as a step up. Ther's plenty more.

When it comes to ATG legends folk get emotional. Understandable. And the thought he might get beat by an unpopular fighter wont sit right with them.
