They should really change the rules for that. I had Simpson and he was coming on well but still should go to cards bbbc need to keep up to date on the rules
caused by heads. the stoppage would be acceptable if it was caused by a punch, but in bbbc rules even a clash of heads results in the uninjured fighter winning by stoppage
I hate these fukin British rules. You guys remember Elcock/McDermott last year? 2nd round...McDermott on top, he gets a cut from a headbutt and Elcock gets a 2nd round TKO
Harsh on Truscott to lose on a cut/swelling given he was probaby a point up or at worse level, but it looked to me like he was rapidly running out of gas. Simpson was coming on strong and was building up momentum. Truscott wasnt boxing anything like as effectively, and Simpson was walking through his punches and landing heavy shots. I reckon Simpson woulda stopped him if it had continued. Should get a rematch though, it was a decent fight.
I agree..to me the injury didn't look that bad to be honest, and I thought that they were going to let him carry on. Only way that Simpson could win was by sticking the crust in, the cheating Scottish **** :yep
