You can tell from the ring walk, the weigh in before...etc etc. There was not nothing wrong with that dude. Just trying to save face.

To top things off as good as Hops looked in that fight Pavlik could have had the fight of his life and still probably lost.

    Wouldn't be the first time.

Everyone knew about the elbow problem before the fight though. Almost got cancelled because of it.

Just like Kessler had hand problems right before the Calzaghe fight.

Hardly any fighters go in unscathed at the championship level.

And Bernard whoops that butt any which way, he did not lose a minute of that fight.

Pav should get Hops to go to 160 after 2 dominant performances..might be a different result

Pavlik should never fight above 160 again.

Forget about Rafael, he's a complete moron. I'm only reading him because of his breaking news and rumors are usually on spot. Kelly Pavlik, who lost every minute of every round vs. Hopkins because the old man moved to Kelly's left all night, took away his (double) jab, set his own pace and again showed fantastic punch anticipation and unhuman timing somehow wins by just 115-113 with Kelly being healthy? (states Rafael in chat)

I do believe that Kelly wasn't 100% (very few fighters comes through a training camp 100%, to be honest), so I don't deny him having more success 100%. But what made me laugh is the stupid mechanic thinking of Rafael who probably did some math on a peace of paper: (Hopkins * 12 * 3) - (Pavlik * 100%) = 115-113.

It doesn't work like that. We just can't tell how well Pavlik would've fought 100%, although all signs point toward the same result, being outclassed in a bad style matchup. But somehow, Rafael knows it would've been 116-112 or 115-113. Don't take him seriously. His just a big fat kid who loves the sport but that doesn't make him a boxing expert.

Right, so Pavlik had a huge temperature and bronchitis one day before the fight but there's not even so much as a splutter come the bout itself.

    **** off.

This is pathetic excuse making from a comprehensively beaten fighter.

even if he was completely healthy hopkins movement would have still been the same and pavlik would have still had no answers for it thats what won hopkins the fight (that and great footwork, distancing)
