Those guys are now in position to have a title shot by years end ... and now Allan Green is left behind.

    Dirrell is #2 by WBC & WBO ... #9 WBA ... #10 IBF & Ring Magazine

    Ward is #3 by WBC & WBO ... # 10 WBA ... #14 IBF

I would love to see this fight. I think Dirrell would take Green who doesn't seem like he has the heart anymore.

Both are well deserving ... Ward is the WBO/NABO super middleweight champion
and Dirrell is interim WBO/NABO champion.

You can be ready for Green and not for Froch. Even if I think Froch still has things to prove, he's hungry. Green has not been hungry for a long time.

I think that Froch is going to fight Taylor ... I read on Dan Rafael's notebook that Dibella is working something out with Showtime to televise the fight.

But I would like to see Taylor face Bute or Kessler ... I don't see the point in Taylor fighting Froch.

I also seen that Ward might fight Bika ...

I'd suggest them to face some serious opponents before a title shot. They're very good prospects but never have faced top opposition. Look at what happened to Jean Pascal. It's about the same path. He lost to Froch because he was unexperienced against top level opposition.

I think they have faced serious opponents already ... if they are top 5 ranked in 2 sanctioning bodies ... and top 10 in the other two ... I think they are ready for a world title shot.

Bika is maybe a too big step for Ward but what the heck, he needs to improve his opposition so why not?

    Dirrell v Bute (IBF championship)

    Ward v Kessler (WBA championship)

I don't agree. Pascal was in a title eliminator and had not faced one single top 20. Same thing for Ward and Dirrell. Being number 2 means nothing.

I also seen Ward possibly fight Edison Miranda ... He can out box both of those guys (Bika and Miranda) he's too fast for them and he has just as much or more skill than guys who beat them.

It would be a tough fight for him because he would have to watch out for power shots ... but I wouldn't be surprised if Ward hasn't already seen wild guys like that.

He takes both guys 12 rounds decision ...

I think that Dirrell is already for title shot and he could challenge Froch (if he doesn't fight Taylor) or Bute (assuming he wants to fight in the US)
2 Undefeated fighters in the ring against each other for a championship ... one a hungry up and coming contender and the other a champion with a ton of question marks surrounding him.
Dirrell is more schooled than Bute and Froch -- it would be interesting to see Bute fighting someone his size. both guys are 6'2 and change, but I think that Dirrell has the advantage on reach.
Ward is more schooled than Bika, Miranda, Froch, and Bute

Victor Oganov and Anthony Hanshaw were world ranked ... with only 1 losss.
