man what a fight, thats how you start of the year. Now lets get something straight here, whoever says Collazo got robbed doesnt know boxing. now I had it 114-113 for Collazo, but if someone had it 114-113 for Berto ( like 2 judges) then how can you argue that, they scored a swing round for Berto that I gave Collazo. NO WAY IN HELL COLLAZO GOT ROBBED!!!! thats not robbery, getting robbed is like you winning 8 to 4 and it goes the other way. did anybody have it 115-112 Collazo??? DIDNT THINK SO!!! so how did he get robbed?? ppl are crazy these days. Berto is still the man, and Collazo is a top 10 WW. some of you guys want to say that Berto cant hang with other boxers because of this perfromance but fighting a southpaw is always hard. he probably wont fight another for a long time unless its a rematch. Berto is still the WBC champ, and now theres nobody else to fight but the champs. so bring Berto-Clottey!!! Clottey would be favored but you cant tell me if Berto won it would be a huge upset. to much talent. I think Mosley beats Margarito so Berto-Mosley for unfied and reconzied champ coming soon......

i agree 100% it was close either one of them could have got the desicion, but people seem to think its cool to say the fighter who lost actually won the same thing happened when he fought hatton.

When a fight is close and it can go either way, it can never be called a robbery. However alot of the time it goes in favour of the champion or the more hyped fighter.

Ok i agree that the champ generally gets the close decisions, but i have yet to see anyone not online that didnt think collazo deserved this close decision. 114-113 collazo. man what an awesome fight to start 09.

This fight wasn't close, it was a ****ing domination. Collazo out classed Berto, I can count on 1 hand the number of rounds Berto clearly won. Collazo clearly won 7 rounds.

hes not saying collazo didnt win hes saying it was a close fight and either of them could have got the desision. collazo getting robbed is too strong it was an even fight.

I wouldnt say he was robbed again, he was more unlucky again to lose a close decision.

if anybody deserved the nod it was Collazo and not Berto, even though Collazo is not a big banger he hurt Berto atleast a dozen times in the fight, not only hurt him but Flurried with some awsome shots from the body finishing up top, great peice of work last night displayed by Collazo and great heart displayed by Berto, though I feel Berto lost, it was a close fight, if anything Berto should have got was a draw at best he didnt do enough to earn the W thats for sure.

I agree that a fight this close shouldn't be called a robbery. Far too often the term robbery is used when it doesn't fit the situation.

    A close fight.

Sorry but you don't discount what a fighter does in the early and middle rds and just score the last few rds ..It was a robbery plain as day !!!

Collazo landed more punches and with the pt deduction it was a no brainer !
