Hopkins would make Chad Dawson look amateur just like what he did to Pavlik....

I would never count Hopkins completely out against Dawson and wouldn't be shocked if he pulled it out but my money would be on Dawson UD and quite confidently i might add.

He should fight Joke Alzaghe, but Joke Alzaghe obviously doesn't want the rematch.

Dawson would be a bad move. He's a lot more comfortable at a higher weight than Pavlik was and a bad matchup. He shouldn't waste his time with Jones.

Voted for Calzaghe and hope he could win a rematch. Wouldn't mind seeing him fight Taylor either.

    Why would he?.

His win is already dissmissed as a win over a an old ATG. why the **** would he fight him again.

Best result is a win over an even worse version. Whats the plus side for it?

The Tarver fight was that step up that Chad needed. He is in his prime right now, IMO, and ready for this fight. He can still do with some fine-tuning, but he fights the kind of fight that will give Hopkins fits.

B-Hop can win this, no doubt, but I'd make Chad a solid favourite.

Chad Dawson made Antonio Tarver look like an amateur. To all the idiots who say that Dawson will look like an amatuer against Hopkins are seriously underestimating him.

i think its he could beat dawson but it would be a uch closer decision than pavlik. dawson has enough speed to trouble hopkins with his amazing jab. dawson also wouldn't follow hopkins around, but force him to trade more combinations when in distance. i see hopkins having a hard time countering dawson and chad winning a close yet decision.

Hopkins is 44 years old and his skills have degraded, actually it's more of his physical skills that have degraded (speed, sharpness, stamina). If you honestly think 44 year old Hopkins is the same fighter that knocked out Trinidad 7 years ago than you are sadly mistaken. People seem to forget that Hopkins was a much better fighter during his prime, Hopkins has been passed his prime since 2005, the year he lost to Jermain Taylor twice.

Dawson is very skilled himself and entering his prime, poise and ready to beat the best in the division, because he is one of the best. And Dawson is no Pavlik.
