Right before Tito launched his patented left hook right into Vargas' family jewels.

Vargas by KO. He was a big natural lmw, Cotto is a lww or a small ww. Not a very even contest.

Too true. Vargas carried true power, the sort that would instantly turn a fight in dramatic fashion - something he did extremely often. He was also very fast and explosive, not to mention very strong.

Vargas would win by a Ferocious KO. A young Feroz was very skilled and had good power to crack that chin.

Not really a fair fight is it? Vargas being a stocky light middleweight and Cotto coming up from junior welterweight deep into his career. This fight would have to be at 150.

Still, Vargas threw a ton of accurate bombs and would be able to outgun Cotto whenever they traded. Whoever got hurt first would be in huge trouble, and I would bank on Cotto doing the chicken dance early and being stopped in the mid-late rounds.
