I have a feeling that he will try to launch a mini comeback towards the end of this year, but simply won't have enough in the tank to beat any meaningful opponents. At this point, beating young contenders to get a title shot looks a bit more difficult than fighting for Valuev's belt. Strange. No one really knows whether Golota's injury will ever allow him to fight again and his first doc's prognosis didn't sound promising. All and all, I would be shocked and amazed if Golota ever had a big win again.

I do not want Golota to make any kind of a serious comeback. That left arm is just shot and he's too old now. There is no point. The only thing I'd like is maybe one last farewell fight against a bum. Or maybe a rematch with Grant or Bowe. Then call it quits for good.

The craziest thing is that a Golota-Bowe III fight would actually still sell. Everyone would be interested in seeing what happened.

I don't know about that. Both fighters' stocks (esp. Bowe's) have plummeted. Maybe if they both made successful comebacks, they could clash before a big audience, for something meaningful, like an eliminator bout. It would be hilarious (and sad at the same time) if the third fight went exactly as the first two. Poor Bowe.:sad2

Careful, JETSKI! I hear Golota has a special serve that hits unsuspecting opponents square in the balls.

Golota found a way to wack opponents in the nuts without getting disqualified.

    Golota should call it quits.

Sucks things worked out the way they did, but what can you do. He had a hell of a career anyways.

As for Bowe-Golota III. That is a horrible idea. Bowe is pretty much a vegetable as it is.

Thats true! It can happen. I was playing years ago, & for some reason I couldn't get my racket on this guys serve & it just clipped me right on the end on my pecker. It hurt, but we kept playing. An hour later when we were done, I went over to take a leak & low & behold, the head had swollen to almost twice the size!

We had a good laugh over that one. :!:

Better wear a cup when combating Golota, even during a seemingly harmless game of tennis.

Indeed this thread is begining to collect cobb webbs.

Soon it may end up a ghost town like the old Ultimate Golota Homepage forum.

Or will Golota once again rise from the ashes and revitalize this seemingly decaying corpse of a once highly vigorous booming thread???
