Barrera-Morales 2 did not come close to the first fight.

I'm still not sure we won't see a 4th fight between the two. If Morales had gotten the decision against Diaz, which he deserved, I think we would have seen a 4th fight for sure. 4 fights, all for titles, all at different weight classes. Now with Barrera back and Morales saying everyone once in a while he wants to fight again, it wouldn't shock me if a 4th fight still happened.

I always find it hard watching Pacquiao brutally stop Barrera in their 1st fight, cos you got the feeling that he`d never be the same fighter again.

Definitly one of my favourite boxers. Barrera.

I had Erik winning the 1st and 2nd fight.

But I have no problem being scored in MAB's favor.

At first I thought MAB got shafted in the first fight, but after watching it again, Morales did more though he was hurt more.

Either way, great warriors. Morales unstoppable in his prime.

I have Barrera winning the 1st and third. I think Barrera inflicted more damage in their first encounter, although I agree that it could have gone either way.
It is as close as they come.

Barrera proved that theory wrong in 2000, Erik and Barrera were both in their prime for that first encounter.

Morales was unstoppable in his prime. I had him winning their first two fights. By the time the third came they were a shell of what they once were.

he was far from unstoppable.he was beat by Barrera in theyre first fight, his first fight with Espadas was very close and some think that Espadas deserved the decision,he struggled with Chi and even an old Zaragoza had him in trouble when they fought.

I'm a bigger MAB fan. And I think Morales is a *****. But I had him up against Barrera in the first and second fight.

Also, after the first MAB fight everyone knew these two guys had left part of themselves in the ring. You cannot have a war like that and walk away from it and be like before.

He had a tough fight with Guty Espadas, but he later KO in a rematch.

Nonetheless, he hadn't been stopped, nor had he lost untill after his prime.
