Jones v Hearns @ middleweight

Hearns by very and I mean very brutal KO. Imagine Jones taking the punch Hearns hit Duran with. :roflatsch:nut

 

I seen Hearns get ko'd at the lower weights, I never seen Roy hurt at the lower weights. I'll got with the statistics and say Roy stops Hearns late in the fight.

 

Stop BSing, Roy was down early in his career by a right hand.

 

who did Roy ever fight at those weights that had the statistics (height,reach) and power of Hearns? Nobody.

Barkley beat Hearns twice. Roy>>>>Barkley anyday.
SRL ko'd Hearns. Roy hits harder then SRL.

Okay if you want to play that game did Roy even fight anyone even half as good as SRL?

Roy was brutally KOed by Glen Johnson. That is worse than any of Hearns KO's against the guys you mention. SRL is an ATG. Johnson? Not even close.

 

I love Hearns but 160 was a much better weight for Roy.

Roy was way past his prime when he was stopped by Johnson. Hearns was still one of the best when Barkley ate his ass. Not once but twice. James Toney was a top fighter p4p amd Roy made him look foolish.

I noticed how wrong I was when I started thinking about it, he was first down against Lou De Valle at 175.
