Yes, I had spent years watching Casa, and though I was happy for JMM, I was a bit sad for Casa.

Also when Juan Diaz destroyed Freitas, I was very sad for Freitas, he was one of my fave fighters, but I was extremely happy for Juan Diaz.

When Pac fought and beat Barrera, I remember telling myself, that is not the same Barrera from two years back. Even when I saw him against Tapia on ppv, I knew he had lost something.

EM was way done. His last hurrah was against Pac, and it showed us what a prime Morales would do to Manny.

 

Dude, relax. I'm just saying, as a person who loves boxing and follows it, it's a bit sad when an old warrior who has entertained you for so long, loses his spark. It's gonna happen to Pac too. I'm sure you'll be a bit sad, no you will be devastated and on suicide watch when it happens, and you will understand.

The problem with many of you pac fans is that you guys have only been following world class boxing and Pac for a few years. So you haven't grown to really appreciate other fighters besides pac, but once he's a bit past prime, and loses a big fight, you will see exactly, and understand what we have been telling you guys.

Sooner or later pac may loose to JMM or to a new younger generation of mexican fighters and i bet you wouldn''t want me to say that they beat a shot version of pac coz i can certainly use the same argument you're using right now.

 

stop generalizing. we do realize that pac will eventually retire and we will be sad. fighters like him, EM, hatton, gatti will surely be missed.

and stop assuming that all pac fans became boxing fans just because of him. we are not that dumb you know. i myself followed tyson fervently. there are just fighters whose fighting style appeal to us.

prime EM beats that one dimentional verson of manny any day of the week IMO. EM won the battle but lost the war b/c of the punishment he took in the process.

its clear that pac wasnt quite prime like he was ala jmm 2 or em 3. -that version of pac beats prime EM @ 126-130 IMO

Pac has another two to three years in him. Who knows, he might show aging sooner. We will have to see. So far, he hasn't shown any decline imo.

I agree completely. Pac has taken some hard shots. His style isn't meant for a fighter to go deep into his 30's. But who knows, his boxing might improve and carry him a few more years.

We'll have to see. As for now, I think he is very prime.

 

bloody hell. i need to watch that fight again. i do remember the 3 knockdowns but i just can't remember it was that for the lack of a better term, embarrassing.
