That was 2 years ago when they fought if a rematch at welter were put together it wouldnt happen until after the Cotto fight in about a year or so, which would be atleast three years since their first fight.

Meaning the weight is sooner or later going to catch up, which is why I beleive they didnt stay at welter weight, Paul could have but he moved up for what ever reason, either way you look at it the older you get the harder it becomes to make the weight especially for a guy as big as Paul and who has already had 12 fights above 154, and didnt you also say Williams fought at welter his entire career:roll:
