He got ****ed up. Not in a fluke sort of way, but he got ****ed up from round one to round whatever. I mean pure D beating of epic proportions. Shane was using Mayweathers fighting style with the jab to the belly come over top with the right hand and clinch and smother...and throw sharp body shots and left hooks in close. Floyd is not strong enough or brave enough to do what Shane did but he would beat Margarito ****ing easily. We all were right, them Margdorito fans were wrong. This is a burial of the guy formerly known as the Tornado. Now he shall be called...............the Brisk Breeze.. A ha ha ha.

 

I'm so glad Margo got whooped. I always new Mayweather would beat Margos ass.

 

Not only was the myth of, "Margarito comes forward and nothing deters him" debunked, but also the, "Margarito has an unbreakable chin" myth. Wow. Ouch.

All that have to do to beat Marg is go to the body, keep him turning and clinch in close.

yea i guess now that Mosley beat Margo it means Berto, Pacquiao, Floyd, and everyone else who's never fought him would beat him.

 

This fight exposes Floyds balls as much as it does Margarito's percieved shortcomings.

If Floyd had balls he could have done that 3 years ago.

Floyd fans can come and say whatever they want, but Shane Mosley fans have first place in line - Shane did what no other fighter has ever done and that's dominate Margo.

I question what the Cotto fight took out of Antonio, but congrats Shane, I was worried about SHANE's health!

Floyd must be really embarassed right now.

 

He did look terrible but I would hate to fight him next.

 

I feel happy for Mosley really. I knew he would win because style makes fights but never would i have imagined a stoppage. A Mayweather-Margarito match would have been onesided as well.

Wide UD, but not a stoppage. Shane pressed the fight from the get go, Floyd just doesn't do that, it would have been 12 long rounds for Margo though.

Its not that Shane just outright beat his ass. But the way he fought and beat him. Who did he look like in there with those counter rights and lead fast stiff jabs to the body and head. And the quick combos on the inside. I said again, "mayweather is not strong enough or brave enough to pull this type of performance off" But he would of beat Margarito...easy..
