The guy is 20 years old man. He has a bright future ahead of him. He was facing a tough, tough opponent in Buentello. Having said that, he should and can easily get down to 205.

i agree he has great potential, but in answer to your question perhaps vitor belfort when he began.

 

True. And he turned out to be a beast. With very unfortunate events in his life set him back big time, other way he would've been a lot greater than he is.

 

yes, i think today sidelnikov just didnt have the experience - his fight against that big fella soltysik or whoever showed he has massive potential and training with fedor can only improve this - however i think his style is more suited to a standup like alexander's rather than fedor's, he has amazing stand up but im not sure if he has been tested much on the ground yet.

 

Training with Fedor will give you a physique like that. No doubt its high intensity though. i think they are just endomorphs though.
