Do Judah and Margarito box in the same style? Do they train the same way? Do they work to the same gameplan? Do me a favour.... Your speaking bollocks.

I would be very shocked if Margarito took home Zab Judah's training schedule and next fight we saw him punching with the same speed as Judah. Every human has their own potential in each area. I'm sure you can tweak things slightly and improve, but that is impossible.

No, but that's irrelevant as to why Judah is faster, it's just natural.

If I imitate Usain Bolt's training, will I become as fast as him? Will I ****. You're talking bollocks.

No son... you are... Boxings not ****ing harry potter and magic fairy dust. Some fighters train for speed, some train for power, some fighters are pressure fighters, some are counter punchers... Same way some people speak bollocks, some don't.

    No, you're talking bollocks.

If I copy Zinedine Zidane's training, will I be as good at football as him?

If I copy Usain Bolt, will I run as fast as him?

If I copy Federer's training, will I be as good at tennis?

The answer is no to all of them, which shows you chat shite.

I think everyone has the ability to improve their handspeed by training
However ,if you're born with a high proportion of slow twitch fibres you will never be as fast as the Pacman

If you had trained and dedicated your whole life the way these guys had there is a good chance you would have been a pro too..... Unless you've got some sort of handicap.

    No, I wouldn't.

    Depends on natural talent.

You can only reach a certain level without the required talent.

Don't be so hard on yourself, I'm sure you've got more talent than the others in the home.
