I think Miguel is the more skilled operator and was on his way to winning quite clearly until he got tired and let Shane back into it. He was pretty handily outboxing Shane in those mid rounds and was beating him up a bit.

But if MC is damaged goods then who knows..I still think he takes it out in a similar fashion but its a fight Im not against seeing again.

I'll go with Cotto, he's that good. But I wanna wait to see how he does with Jennings. Margarito may have ruined him, but I doubt it.

I go with Cotto...he beat him once and Mosley said he was surprised in Cotto's speed and leg strength when he tried to muscle him around.

Cotto beat the same Mosley that fought Margie Saturday.
I just hope that the same Cotto that fought Mosley is still with us.

From what his family tells me....I believe he is....

Im going with Shane because i thought he either won, or deserved a draw in their first fight. The judge that had the score of 116-112 for Cotto was ridiculous. Also, Shane's punching power seemed much better against Margarito. He didn't throw nearly enough against Cotto. If he lets his hands go in the rematch, he will beat Cotto clearly this time. If he is hesitant again, he could lose a close decision. But Cotto aint knockin him out, thats for sure.

If Cotto is still the same from pre Margarito fight. I think he would win a close decision. Mosley would not be able to freely swing at Cotto like how he was doing to Margarito.

Exactly and Mosley is the one that will have to pressure Cotto and he will also have to deal with Cotto accurate punches.

I agree, Mosley was younger then!

And if you're trying to imply that the Mosley from last Saturday night was better than the Mosley Cotto fought you are delusional.

cotto wins again. no disrespect to mosley he just not gonna stand in front of him with no head movement walking in straight lines. seen photo of cotto recently training on this site and he looked out of shape a little. i know hes allowed to recouperate after a harrowing defeat didnt think he'd spend whole time in kfc tho.

Mosley deserved the fight last time and this verison of Mosley is much much better. He wouldnt be coming off a 10 month layoff and would actually have a gameplan. Mosley with his father just trys to fight flat footed and loads up on overhand rights. With Richardson hes got him finally using a jab, using good footwork and angles, using his phyiscal strengh to his advantage, going back to the body. Cotto cant handle that he could barley survive the one dimensonal verison of Mosley.

Stop saying Mosley beat Cotto because he did NOT. Cotto beat him clearly in a close fight , i was there and everyone in attendance agreed. Just deal with it.
