The only other case you can make is for Joe Calzaghe, an undefeated fighter who is recognized as the 175lb Champion with a record of 46-0.

BUT, Nallege would clearly rather that Pacquiao had avoided the top level of opposition available (Barrera, Morales and Marquez), and fought a lower level of opposition instead (Kelley, Jones and Gainer) purely because they are black African-Americans.
