Best all-British fight that could be made at each weight

Pretty much as per your list.....

I'd prefer Brook vs Hatton at welter, with Witter vs McCloskey at LWW

The LWW matchup would be a poor man's Camacho vs a very poor man's Whitaker

 

you would seriously not want to see hatton vs witter. that the best fight on the list, better than calzaghe froch.

id rather see cleverly vs francis.

Only problem is that my ***** is as endearing to a lesbian as Witter is to a non-hardcore boxing fan.

He will look at himself in the mirror upon his retirement and be embarrassed. What a ****ing waste!

I would prefer Murray vs Thaxton at lightweight though, could be a great tear-up.

 

Thaxton against Khan would be the best fight.

Not that I am sadistic or anything.

 

I just think Thaxton would stand Khan on his head.

To date, he hasn't fought anyone remotely awkward, and to be honest, I don't think Prescott is neither a good fighter nor devastating puncher. He got taken the distance (and SD) by a pudding prior to his Khan fight.......

i think Thaxton is being overrated.

He was very poor against Dave Stewart and umimpressive against Lawton.

But Thaxton's power is a threat to Khan

 

I think Thaxton would age in front of our eyes against Khan, I like Jon Thaxton but Romanov tenderised his face at will.He looked good against Melaro who seemed to be no real threat and John was stronger all around
I really think Khan would surprise him with speed and accuracy

I think Jon Thaxton/John Murray would be a good fight both tough but Thaxton has the power

 

I think Thaxton KO's china chin with his jab. I would like to see Haye-Harrison so we can can make sure Audley's done.
