Well so far there's been more **** smeared without any evidence other than a reference to some "flakes of a plaster like substance" and that's enough to put him on the Luis Resto pile with the "Marga-haters". I will wait to hear what the results of that analysis are and the circumstances of the substances application before condeming the guy one way or the other.
