I wish I'd been on, I'd have asked him about that gas station incident, that's my favourite Mitch Green story :D

Klitschko by brutal KO in or around round 8. He's just too big, too strong, too skilled, too fast and (more than anything) too good.

Wlad's jab sets Haye up for a beat down in the mid rounds.

wladimir IS fast. im not saying he's faster than haye, but put it this way, he's fast enough to keep out of danger before landing his own power.

while wladimir is slower than haye in general speed, his height and reach even things out a bit. haye will have to leap in and lunge far more than he's ever done before. and that will be dangerous for him :deal

Height and speed has nothing to do with speed. Overall, general speed, he's slow. Even for a guy his size, he's slow. I mean, compare his speed to that of Lebron James.

when wladimir has control of a fight yes he looks slow etc because he doesn't want, and usually doesn't have to waste energy by moving around etc.

but sometimes when he puts in a burst of speed his hands are really quick, and also his blocks and ability to step out of range can at times be quick. i consider his hands to be as fast has haye's while, his feet and head movement is slower, which isn't surprising because of the weight/size difference.

but to say haye is in a totally different league when it comes to who is faster is not that true. especially IF haye comes in around 220+

Haye had only one fight at heavyweight against a bum so it id hard to tell how he will do against Waldi.

Waldo holds the advantage in :

    -experience
    -reach and size
    -competition
    -power
    - defense

    Haye holds the advantage in:

    -quickness

It would have been better for Haye to have fought a couple of contenders before.

I think speed plays a big role in this and in favor of Haye. Haye wins the upset by KO in the earlier rounds.

Just curious, has Haye ever fought a 6 foot 7 guy?

What is his tallest opponent to this date?

Doesn't matter how tall, skills pay the bills

Ok, so I assume Haye does not have fought a towering guy.

    Haye has disadvantages in :

    -reach and size
    -power
    -defense
    -experience
    -competition

Haye's only advantage is his speed. If you are objective it does not look good for Haye at all. But is is a good matchup and hopefully Haye will give us at least and exciting fight.
