Pacquiao has beaten TWO PRIME elite fighters (Marco Antonio Barrera in 2003 when he was ranked p4p#3 and coming off a win over Erik Morales, and Juan Manuel Marquez in 2008 when Marquez was ranked p4p#2 or #3 and was widely perceived to be a fighter at his peak).
