Haye's stamina is worse than Wlad's imo. That is going to be what really gets him if it comes down to it. Wladimir's plan should be to make him use lots of energy, which should lead to him (Haye) being stopped.

Whats up Dragosuhail? I havent seen you in awhile on these boards.

I agree with your layout of how you see the fight going, Haye is a very dangerous puncher, with combination of handspeed and power, the division hasnt seen since Tyson IMO, it's just too bad his chin isnt very good, coupled with the fact his guard is very low. I see Wlad knocking him out around the 6 round.

haha not much punisher, just been working too hard lately :D
but yeah haye is awesome to watch. same mentality as tyson just doesn't have his beard, though his natural reflexes are great enough to make him dangerous in countershots especially. the first counter punch he landed on maccerinelli sealed it for me. i knew macca was going down after seeing that freekish timing lol

Yeah, talk about making a statement, he did just that, that night.:yep

As much I dislike Wlad, I got to give him credit for taking this fight, for a second their I really thought he was going to let his brother take out one of his biggest problem in the division again.

Haye leads with that weak as chin of his and Wlad is gonna crack it. :yep

    Really...
Wlad hits to hard and I see Haye's game plan going out the door as soon as he starts to eat that hard ass jab and left hook...

I also think Wlad doesnt get enough credit for his defense and I think Haye is going to have alot more trouble finding Wlad than most think. For Haye to get to Wlads chin he will have to open up even more then he does now and that will be the begining of the end for Haye
    Wlad KO 7:hi::hi:

i don't think you will ever understand it when people say wlad has fought poor fighters, he hasn't been avoiding them as they don't exist.

Even though that is still something that I completely agree with.... because you have to be a bit slow if you actually think that their aren't any good heavyweight boxers in the ENTIRE WORLD. However.. my reply was to Punisher saying "Finally Wlad is stepping up to the plate to fight a real contender..." As if Wlad has been avoiding tough challenges all along. So... even though I still disagree with what you said, clearly Punisher wasn't speaking along the lines that you are.

    Amazing post, baffling even....
Isn't it the case that Klitschko doesn't want his fights to be on PPV? All his televised fights have been aired for free over at our neighbours in Germany on public tv channels. That is all class in my book, fans worldwide have been ignored and extorted way too long with these scandalous PPV's. Klitschko vs Haye is probably the most thrilling HW match up possible and it's free for all to watch, THE way to promote boxing in my humble opinion.

How I see the fight: I'd have to go with a Wlad KO around the 8th or 9th, yet Haye does seem to have the potential to beat him. Haye has to move around, under and between Wlad's punches and hit like a mule from different angles and stances. I don't want to see muscle power punches, just oldschool shifting of body weight in combination with timing, speed and accuracy. That requires foot and handspeed but most of all stamina and balance. There's no point in being fast if you don't have the energy to throw. If he keeps his hands at chin leve., Haye has the tools for the job, but will he use them optimally? Hopefully he's been right when he said that he will be better than ever because he wont be weight drained for this fight and that he's used to much faster opposition.

Wlad on the other hand needs to do what he's been doing, setting up the left hook and right cross with a very stiff jab, stay on Haye's left, be careful and keep his distance. Hopefully some thunderous bodyshots early in the fight, to take away Haye's ability and willingness for lateral movement.

Anyway, as I see it this will be a possibly thrilling fight for us fans, of which the outcome depends mostly on Haye's training and gameplan. If he's not absolute top notch I fear Wlad's assets are too hard to overcome: speed (especially considering his size), power, height, weight, accuracy, experience and Manny Steward.

I could very well live with either champion!

Wlads speed is nowhere near Lebron James' speed, knock it off.
