This fight is not listed in the Skysports schedule or Setanta

I hope Frank Warren is not using the Olympians debuts as justification for Sky box office?

Khan v Barrera will definately be Box Office.

Wouldn't mind either, it's shaping up to be a decent card, though obviously I'd prefer it to be free lol.

I doubt Skelton v Rogan will be.

Hopefully they'll be on ITV, it'll be good for them to get some decent exposure on terrestrial TV first before they are shoved on Sky or Box Office.

i think there has been no announcement on khan/barrera on tv as warren will bde trying to get some tv coverage in the states lined up for it.i think the tv stations over there would be intrested in this fight...

The Khan-Barrera card will be on PPV in the States (not HBO) for $25.

that intresting. reckon allot of the hardcore boxing fans in the states will go for it. obviosuly barrera has a fan base.

theres 3 british fighters agaisnt latin americans, they will know paul smith from the contender.

the yanks get allot of worse cards for more than $25.

Just because Setanta and ITV have other fights doesn't mean they can't show it on their alternative channels, plus it would not just be this one night of boxing it would be a contract over a long period of time so you can't rule these two channels out.

There's plenty of presenters on Setanta to do it. Paul Dempsey for example and they can get spencer and/or ciaran to do some analysis on it wouldn't be too hard. Setanta get their money from subscriptions if they sign up the Olympians chances are they will gain more subscriptions they won't care who watches which setanta channel as long as they have their subscriptions.

warren wants them on a channel that can get max viewers. setanta can get max of 3million, sky max of 20, terrestrial max of 50

    What? :huh

The record number of viewers for ANY TV show EVER is only about 16 million. You think Warren can get 50 million people on normal TV to watch boxing? - thats 90% of the entire UK population.

Sky doesn't even have 20 million subscribers. I doubt its even half that.
