let me just make his achievents more clear to everyone then you can judge.
4 weight world champ. 3 lineal champ.
has fought from flyweight to welterweight. thats 9 division gap
only pac and armstrong have fought in three weight divisions in one year.
has a record of 6-1-1 against hall of famers
the most exciting fighter of his generation
first asian p4p fighter in the world

now lets put this into perspective, his record definitely belongs in the top 40 at the very least.

 

Until it was proven, I would say the same thing. Tito cheated, maybe Margo cheated... you think Pac is cheating, is that what you're saying?
