Vlad wins because of size. If they were the same size I think Haye would knock out Vlad in one or two.
I could see Glass Jaw Haye doing the chicken dance after a jab. His Chin is even worse than Wlad's. The guy has been seriously hurt at Cruiserweight for god's sake. A part of me almost wants Haye to win so he will be forced to fight Dr. Vitali Klitschko and meet his maker but that fight won't ever happen. Wlad is going to KO him early.

Thing is, we haven't seen enough of Haye at HW to forecast what he can do against Wlad, all we know is that he's got power, is fast, but he also fights with his hands too low and that's not a good thing against someone with a powerfull jab like Wlad. He trusts his quickness too much to defend himself on the ring, but we may see a slight different Haye in this fight as I do believe he will make some adjustments for this one. Haye's got talent, that has not gonne unnoticed. On Wlad we know that is impressivelly fast for his size, is very cautious these days, fights completelly under control, paces himself, makes good use of his size and has some murderous power on his fists as well. The ordinary chin issue is the same for both fighters, but Wlad has got the experience advantage and also that extra motivation that Haye has given him. If I had to make a pick, I'd say Wlad breaks down Haye late in an exciting and competitive bout, but I can see the fight going to the opposite direction in case Wlad makes a mistake.
I have seen enough of Haye at Cruiserweight to know his ass can't cash the checks his mouth is trying to write. The guy has no Chin and baby Klit has a lethal jab that could KO him. The hook off the jab will get Haye I would not be shocked if Wlad does not even throw a right hand and KO's him just like he did Austin.
