"Glass" jaws? Not many great fighters have glass jaws.

But pretty average jaws, off the top of my head:

Hearns, Charles, Patterson, Norris, Lewis (questionable), Jones Jr, J.Jackson...

Patterson had a straight up Glass Jaw.

This is why it was hard to come up with 5 as I agree ATG's DO NOT have Glass Jaws.

I do not think Hearns had a glass jaw. Hearns is an ATG. He has a better resume then most guys have . If he had a glass jaw Hagler would have knocked him out in the wild first round they had, and Iran Barkley would have stopped him in the rematch as would have Leonard in the rematch. do not forget the Roldan fight, and Andries hit Hearns flush in the second round of the light heavyweight fight and Hearns leg gave in but he stayed up. Glass jaw Hearns did not have .He was tall and did not have a concrete jaw, but he had a decent chin for a guy who was so stretched out and tall. Guys who are tall just do not take punches as well. He did well for his height I think. A glass jaw guy could not have been in the wars he was. I think Hearns is one guy who people do not rate well when it comes to chins.

Hearns does not have a glass jaw. It wasn't great, but calling Hearn's jaw "glass" is moronic.

exactly. I remember thinking when Hearns fought Hagler that he takes a pretty good punch for a lean tall guy. And against Leonard he took punches other guys did not take. Glass jaw no way. Against Ray and Marvin, Hearns took a beating and took some big punches and kept punching.

Where do you get that Floyd Patterson had a glass jaw? Getting KOed by Sonny Liston and Igmar does not make him glass jawed.

And he got up to knock the other guy out. Getting knocked down a lot had to with Patterson's style. He often punched with both feet off the mat. Thus the flash knock downs. He was KOed twice by Liston and TKOed three times by Ali and Igmar. 8 losses out of 64 fights and only 5 were stoppages. That is not a fighter who has a glass jaw. Only a person who never saw the man fight would think this.
