Hatton doesn't fight at 147. Pavlik would knock Mosleys block off at 160, so what.

Torres would knock out Hatton IMO. Ask Collazo...

He fought Collazo and Mayweather at 147 so you can't say its unfair to make these comparisons. If he never fought at 147 then i wouldnt do it.

    Mosley never fought at 160

    :huh

EDIT: Hatton has only fought twice there and it's clear to see that he doesn't belong there.

The same Torres that was taken the distance by Arturo Morua - who was schooled and stopped by Junior Witter?

Don't make me bloody laugh. :hi:

Mayweather isn't exactly Tyson at welterweight and he commercialized the "check hook" against Hatton.

    I'm going Cotto.

Wasnt Hatton the 147 champ after beating Collazo in that robbery? :huh

if so you have no leg to stand on in saying we cant compare him to a 147 fighter who LIKE Hatton came from 140:deal

Let me first say that the punches Hatton has been prone to at WW would not affect Cotto as badly.

But certain punches that Cotto took at LWW would have had no effect on Hatton.

P4P Chin? I would say even. Hatton gets hit more in general.

Just because he went the distance with Torres makes him any lesser of a threat to Hatton? Torres beat him and it wasn't even close, and in fact i had him winning every single round against Morua. So based on that, would you consider Pacquaio a better fighter than Mayweather because he stopped Oscar and Floyd won a split decision? Would you consider Mosley a better fighter than Cotto because he beat Margarito and Cotto was stoped? Even though Cotto beat Mosley? :D

Hatton. His chin is about average I'd say but reason he gets shaken up so much is because he gets hit too flush.. while I'd say Cotto's is maybe a bit below average.

    You misread my point.

All I am saying is that Torres ought to have been able to stop a guy that had been KO'd by every decent fighter he ever faced, pretty much.

Was Roy Jones a HW champ? Did he belong there?
