i voted cotto. not a lot of people can stay on their feet after being hammered by plaster casts more seriously tho, cotto went up to 147 and his chin is still competetive. the fact hatton can't just means his chin is already maxed.

Both are under-rated, that's all I'm saying on the matter. Both have proven their true ability to take a punch, Hatton in the Tszyu fight and Cotto against Margarito.
i'd say cotto but just about.cotto had problms at 140 with his chin but one would suspect that cutting weight took its toll. Has looked better against bigger fighters than hatton has for sure. id say mayweather would ko cotto as well tho especially if cotto gets hurt as well as tired.
