    To all my fellow Golota-holics!

It saddens me that I have not seen most of you participating in my Boxing Prediction League. It occurred to me that perhaps this is due to the fact many of you are unaware of its existence.

Please check it out once or twice a week. It's a Sticky thread in the Lounge!

Let me know if you've any questions.

And andyOzr--come back, dude! You were doing extremely well!

    :good

Sounds good to me as I always liked watching Golota fight and wished that he would have been more stable in the ring cause he had a wealth of talent... my favorite fight I've seen of his was his fight with Mike Mollo cause he overcame adversity and prevailed in that fight.

Hopefully he gives it one more go and fight one last fight against a big name from the past...a rematch with Riddick Bowe...win it and retire with a good victory it finish his career.

Soriano you got three monts left on that bet, and thats for him to actually step in the ring and fight.

You obviously lost that bet. :yikes

The son of Golota won a tennis tournament match after losing first set and down 2-5 in second. He won five straight games and then took the tiebreak to win the match. Father was rightfully very proud of this excellent achievement.

never understimate the unique unpredictable powers of the Golota Express.

I honestly wish he retired after that fight, as it would have been the PERFECT way for him to end his career: overcoming adversity in a bout against a local rival.

The saddest part is, I think Golota still probably has the skills to possibly beat Valuev, but he can't handle guys with good hand-speed anymore, which is a shame, because Golota once had deceptively quick hands for a big man.

If he fights again, I will always tune in. Golota was the one fighter who helped me make the transition from being a casual fan into becoming a die-hard fan.

At this point, I would certainly welcome a third bout with Bowe as a swan song.

Were it not for the shot of lidocaine from Dr. Katzman, Golota would have beaten the **** out of Lennox Lewser.

    ;)
