How good is Carl Davis Drummond?

I don't see anything special with this guy, his best win was against a C level opponent and his lack of experience will show in this fight.

Chagaev should win by stoppage.

 

His defense looks kind of shite. I don't think much of Chagaev. He has a puncher's chance.

 

Briedis Prescott was a hype job too

 

And now he's even more of a hype job. Sparking the chinless wonder doesn't mean much except that he has a big punch. Untill he can prove otherwise, I see no reason to like him more than I did before the Khan fight. He's still the kid who struggled against a late replacement on FNF.

 

I think Chageuv is the best of the faceless Eastern Europe heavies. He's got a good style.

 

Hype can't knock a guy out, this guy has to have SOME power... he's fought a fair amount of competition that is levels above the normal 'bum' or 'club fighter', and has 20 KO's in 26 fights.

 

WE will see which way the cat jumps after Chagaev has connected with some of his powerful shots.
