2 times. I will agree..it was not the most exciting fight ever BUT what kills me is how the haters blame Wlad and only Wlad for it... Like a KO is easy and can be done at anytime a fighter wants. Wlad was smart and didnt fall into Iggy's trap of getting Wlad of balance and then countering him. Wlad was dominating every round...why press?

Bingo Chef....as I said this is a serious point seriously made. An all time great intelligent fighter wouldn't need to switch trainers at such a late stage to learn, that's why I don't think he's up there in 'ring-smarts' terms. I'd say exactly the same about Lewis too who was also not utilising his talents to their full until he got with Steward.

ATG intelligent fighter for me would be someone like Hagler.

At least 3 times. I picked Lacy to win by late TKO prior to the fight too I'll admit. I was sold on Joe's speed & defense ever since.

I agree with that and have never once said otherwise...

I've said in this thread that Lewis was vulnerable before he got with Steward, same as WALD was. Lewis got dogs abuse for fighting safety first against Tua, same as WALDO got against Iggy.

Difference is, Tua was a murderous puncher - you wouldn't have seen Lewis fight cautious against Iggy, no chance.

Was it intelligent to basically walk around following Leonard without landing hardly any punches? I lost a bit of money on Hagler in that fight. He had to know he wasn't doing enough ?
